Extended PAL shutdown

 

Due to the exceptional health situation, the opening of the park and accommodation is postponed. A precise date will be communicated to you as soon as possible.

The tickets

 

I bought a Malin or Passion ticket for 2021 for a date when the park will be closed. Can I extend the validity date?

Regarding the Malin and Passion tickets dated April 2021 which cannot be used due to the park's closure, to replace them, the sales team will send you tickets by email valid on the day of your choice during the 2021 season.

I bought a Freedom ticket and I planned to come on a date when the park will be closed. Can I exchange my ticket?

Liberty tickets are valid on all opening days of the 2021 season. You can therefore postpone your visit to the day of your choice according to the park's opening calendar. No exchange or refund is therefore applied.

I have a CSE 2019 - 2020 ticket. Has the validity date been postponed?

Regarding unused CSE 2019 - 2020 tickets, we have extended their expiry date until June 6, 2021. There is no action to be taken, this extension is carried out automatically in our computer system, the date printed on these tickets is not modified but the period of validity is indeed extended.

I have a CSE 2020 - 2021 ticket. With the extended closure, has the validity date been extended?

CSE 2020 - 2021 tickets are valid until October 3, 2021. You can therefore enjoy the park throughout the 2021 season on the day of your choice according to the park's opening calendar. No extension of validity is foreseen.

I have an invitation valid for 1 day in 2020 or 2021. With the extended closure, has the validity date been extended?

Your 2020 - 2021 invitation is valid until October 3, 2021. You can therefore enjoy the park throughout the 2021 season on the day of your choice according to the park's opening calendar. No extension of validity is foreseen.

Is there a special offer for the 2021 Season Passes?

The Season Pass promo, which was originally scheduled to end on March 31, 2021, has been postponed until April 15, 2021.

If I order and pay for my 2021 Season Pass by April 15, 2021 at the latest (postmark), I take advantage of the promotion:

  • €69 instead of €74 for an Adult or Child aged 10 and over
  • €59 instead of €64 for a Child up to 9 years old included

To benefit from the promo:

  1. Fill out the form and send it to us by post accompanied by payment by check (or holiday voucher)
  2. Upon receipt of your order by mail, we will process your request and generate your Season Pass
  3. Watch your mailbox, you will receive your Season Pass by mail

 

I took advantage of the 2021 promotional offer and I have already received and paid for my Season Passes. With the extended closure, what do you offer me?

As soon as we have a specific opening date, we will inform you of any adjustments to our commercial offer and the steps to be taken.

I kept my Season Pass in 2020 and chose the special offer for the 2021 season at € 39 adult and € 34 child. With the extended closure, what do you offer me?

I bought my Season Pass at the park ticket office in 2020. Am I entitled to a reduction in 2021?

By having purchased your Season Pass from June 2020, you were able to take advantage of them quite normally for the duration of the remaining season. No reduction is therefore applied.

Group reservation

 

I made a group reservation, what should I do?

  • If you have booked directly at PAL, our sales department will contact you.
  • If you have booked with a travel professional (travel agencies, coach operators, online travel agencies), please contact them directly so that they can process your file.

Park activities

 

I have booked an activity at the park, with the extended closure what is happening with my activity?

  • If you have booked a Keeper for a Day or VIP activity at the Zoo during the closure period, it is canceled. You will be contacted by the educational service to cancel your activity.
  • If you have booked a Keeper for a Day or VIP activity at the Zoo combined with a stay at the park during the closing period, you will be contacted by the educational department and the reservation department to postpone or cancel your activity.
  • If you have booked a birthday party, it is canceled. You will be contacted by the educational service to cancel your activity.
  • All school educational activities are maintained for the months of May and June.

If your activity takes place on an opening day, it is confirmed.

I won an activity at the park on the Advent calendar on Instagram. I still have not been contacted to arrange this meeting, have I been forgotten?

Following the opening postponed to early May if conditions allow, we prefer to wait before scheduling an appointment. We reassure you that your business will run smoothly in 2021. We will get back to you as soon as we have a set opening date.

 
Sleep in the park

The stays

 

I have booked a stay at the PAL Lodges for a date when the park will be closed, what should I do?

We suggest that you postpone your stay to the 2021 or 2022 season (under 2021 pricing conditions). You will be contacted individually by the reservations team. Given the number of files to be processed, we thank you for your patience.

I have booked a stay at Savana RESERVE for a date when the park will be closed, what should I do?

We suggest that you postpone your stay to the 2021 or 2022 season (under 2021 pricing conditions). You will be contacted individually by the reservations team. Given the number of files to be processed, we thank you for your patience.

I have booked a stay but the restaurants will not be open, will there be room service or take out meals?

We want to provide our visitors with an authentic and unique experience offering all the benefits. The reserved stays will therefore offer you the possibility of eating in the restaurants provided for each accommodation. The take-out and room-service formula is therefore not considered.
