Organized by The PAL Nature Foundation, come and learn more about these majestic birds!
Go to the flight esplanade at 11:30 and 16:30 for a vulture flight with a speech of the healers. Many animations will also be put in place:
- animations make up and bricorécup 'for children
- Stands with falconry equipment, eggs and feathers
- Surprise quiz!
Learn more about the Vulture
Did you know that the Vulture is a scavenger? It feeds exclusively on corpses, indeed, its powerful beak allows it to dissect its prey. On the other hand, its morphology and its legs unfit for prehension make them unfit to attack live prey. His sense of smell is weak, but his exceptional view allows him to alert his entire colony at the sight of a meal.
