Rural innovation award
Polymorphe that the PAL NATURE Foundation supported last November received a prize for these works!
Polymorphe carried out an operation from February 13 to 27, 2021. During this operation, 300 seedlings were planted and 400 meters of bocage hedges were reconstituted. There were a total of 25 participants. To date, they monitor the mulching and watering of plants during the summer, such as hedges replanted in 2020.
What did this operation bring them?
If we are talking about Polymorphe today it is because it won a prize for rural innovation organized by Paris Dauphine University. She was runner-up in the first edition of this award, which aims to “promote initiatives that have a direct impact on the daily lives of inhabitants and professionals in the rural world”.
This prize rewards the project with a sum of € 1000 as well as a press campaign in the regional daily press. In addition, a visit will be organized in the premises of the Association with the organizers of the prize and certain members of the jury, including Jean Mallot, the president.
This price, what exactly is it?
Created by the University of Paris Dauphine (PSL), in partnership with the Mouvement Bouge Ton Coq, the rural innovation awards of which ZePros Territorial is one of the partners, recognize innovations that improve the daily lives of residents and professionals of the rural world.
The winners benefit from a financial endowment and support provided by PSL students.
This award represents the innovation and daring of rurality. The goal is to give a positive image of these territories, without forgetting the commitment of the people who make them live on a daily basis but also to become a platform for exchanges, meetings and sharing of knowledge about the rural world. The projects presented thus allow PSL researchers to produce work in direct contact with the challenges of rural stakeholders.
