An original recycling of green waste!
Discover the partnership between Le PAL, La Fondation Le PAL Nature and L’Atelier de Madame Maude (Saint-Léon). Maude LEPLAY-ORIOT, a former PAL employee who worked for the Le PAL Nature Foundation for years, has recently developed a new activity. Driven by ecological values of reuse and recovery, this workshop is a makeover service for tailor-made furniture and the sale of decorative objects and recovered furniture.
The goal ? Enhance everyday decoration with a vivid imagination. Like a model Christmas tree or a lamp, Maude allows particular recycling. Durable and original, these objects are made of raw wood branches debarked by elephants and giraffes in Le PAL park. Usually transformed into ground material, they thus find a second life.
Since 2007, Le Parc Le PAL has been committed to a Sustainable Development process. This desire has been highlighted in particular by the “Platinium” certification from Green Globe, which crowns ten years of efforts and compliance with the regulations in force. The Le PAL NATURE Foundation is obviously associated with this global movement which involves raising awareness among visitors and park employees. Why ? So that we all go in the same direction: reducing our ecological footprint. You will therefore find this section in each newsletter to inform you of a particular action implemented within the park because each visitor or employee can also "do their part"!
Births, new arrivals, new arrivals, tips, tricks, theme days ... Stay informed throughout the year of the latest news from the park. Your favorite park will no longer have any secrets for you!
