2 moms and 1 dads!
Likhita, one of our lions which is 7 years old, gave birth on 15th July to two male cubs, called Sahée and Baen. They weighed a little under 4 kg at birth.
On 15th September, our other lioness, also 7 years old, gave birth to 3 female cubs, called Selva (which means forest in Hindi), Bindee (the Hindi word for the red dot that Hindu women have on their foreheads), and Hima (short for the Himalayas).
The father of these 5 cubs is called Timbi and he looks after this large family.
